Ensuring customer satisfaction is an important part of Scantarp’s operations. We monitor our customers’ satisfaction with our products and services by e.g. carrying out a customer satisfaction survey every other year, and utilise the results to develop our operations.
Based on the survey done in late 2020 our customers are very satisfied with our cooperation. The quality of our products and the reliability and speed of deliveries are seen as our greatest strengths. Although the results would allow us to be satisfied with the current level of our aforementioned strengths, we will continue to invest in their improvement. Another development target will be our price competitiveness. Naturally, we will also continue to develop our environmental work, and the basis for this will be our environmental system that was ISO 14001 certified last year.
At the end of the interview, the respondents were asked how likely it is that they would recommend Scantarp to others. The purpose of this question was to find out Scantarp’s Net Promoter Score, which is a value on a scale from -100 to 100. Our NPS was 49, which means that our customers are very satisfied, in general, and many would also be willing to recommend us to others.
