NHK Group in Sweden acquires Finnish Tarpaulin Team and grows in PVC converting.

The aquisition includes the company Tarpaulin, wholly-owned by Tarpaulin Team, and 70% of the company Compotente Oy. The business operation broadens the business of NHK Group and reinforces the company as one of the leading actors within PVC converting in Northern Europe.

• Above all we’re growing within the segment PVC converting. Tarpaulin is working with machine building industry to package its products during transportation and warehousing and is niched in special products and customized solutions for customers with very specific needs. Compotente Oy works with weather shelter and roofs, says Niklas Nordlund, Managing Director at NHK Group.
